This Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) was last updated and published by NovaX Limited (“Company”) on its website https://play.novax.game/login on 18th May 2025. This T&C is entered into between the Company and you as the user accessing the Website and or any other websites related to the Website or operated by the Company. 1. Finality of Transactions

All Gem Booster charging transactions are considered final upon confirmation and may not be amended, cancelled, or reversed, except in cases where the user elects to discharge the charged Gems in accordance with the platform"s discharge function.

2. Reward Calculation and Distribution

Daily rewards and any applicable bonus incentives are calculated based on the total amount of Gems charged and the selected lock-in duration. It is the user’s responsibility to review the reward structure and ensure understanding prior to initiating a charge. No retroactive claims or adjustments will be entertained.

3. One-Time Reward Claim Policy

Certain in-game rewards, including but not limited to Squad Development Bonuses, are subject to a one-time claim policy per achievement level. Repeated claims for the same level are strictly prohibited and may result in forfeiture of rewards or platform sanctions.

4. Assumption of Risk

By participating in any feature of the Company’s platform, you acknowledge and voluntarily accept all associated risks. You understand that game-related rewards and results are inherently subject to gameplay algorithms, system updates, and other platform-related variables that may change without prior notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company, its affiliates, directors, officers, and agents shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses or damages arising from your participation in the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of digital assets, unclaimed rewards, user error, or other game-related discrepancies.
